Privacy Request
Use this page to ask about personal information associated with your MetiVis email address.
You can request:
- Access — ask what personal information we maintain about you;
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate information;
- Deletion — ask us to delete eligible personal information;
- Email opt-out help — ask us to stop optional beta/product-update email;
- Other privacy question — ask something about our privacy practices.

What happens next
We may email you at the address you provide to verify that you control it before we disclose, correct, or delete account/waitlist information.
Please do not send a driver's license, passport, Social Security number, or other government identification unless we specifically determine that a less intrusive verification method is insufficient and tell you why it is needed.
Deletion may not remove information we must reasonably retain for security, legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute handling, backups, or to honor an unsubscribe/suppression request. Where appropriate, retained data will be limited to what is needed for that purpose.
