Cookie and Tracking Notice
Effective date: August 11, 2026
This notice explains the current tracking/storage approach on the MetiVis public prelaunch website.
Current approach
MetiVis is deliberately keeping the prelaunch site simple.
We do not currently use:
- third-party advertising pixels;
- cross-site behavioral advertising cookies;
- session-replay tools;
- browser fingerprinting for marketing;
- advertising audiences built from your website activity.
Technologies we may use
Strictly necessary site and security technology
The site and its infrastructure may use cookies, local/session storage, request metadata, or similar mechanisms necessary to:
- deliver the website;
- keep forms and navigation working;
- prevent spam, bots, fraud, or abuse;
- maintain security and reliability;
- remember limited user-interface state.
For example, an anti-bot provider such as Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical information and use technical mechanisms required to verify legitimate requests.
Limited first-party measurement
MetiVis may record low-data events such as page views, beta-form interactions, successful signups, and basic campaign/referral information.
Our own prelaunch analytics dataset is not designed to contain your email address, optional learning-interest text, raw IP address, or a persistent browser fingerprint.
Campaign attribution
If you arrive through a link containing UTM campaign parameters, we may preserve those parameters with a beta signup so we can understand how you found MetiVis.
Do you need to accept a cookie banner?
The current implementation is intended to avoid non-essential advertising/behavioral tracking. We therefore do not display a consent banner merely for appearance or to manufacture consent that the site does not need.
If MetiVis later adds non-essential tracking that requires consent or an opt-out in an applicable jurisdiction, the site must be updated before that tracking is enabled.
Your browser controls
You can use browser settings to limit or delete cookies and site storage. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent parts of the site or beta form from working correctly.
For more information about our handling of personal information, see the Privacy Policy at https://metivis.com/privacy/.
